The Sessions Court is subordinate to the High Court . सत्र न्यायालय उच्च न्यायालय के अधीन होता है .

The trial in the Sessions Court started in the first week of June , 1929 . सेशन अदालत में मुकदमा जून 1929 के पहले सप्ताह में शुरू हुआ .

On 27th January , 1930 the Chief Justice dismissed the application and ordered the case to proceed in the Meerut Sessions Court . 27 जनवरी 1930 को मुख़्य न्यायाधीश ने याचिका को खारिज कर यह आदेश दिया कि मुकदमा मेरठ की सेशन अदालत में ही चलाया जाये .

As foreknown the appeal was rejected by the High Court on 13th January , 1930 and it concurred with the judgment of the Sessions Court . जैसा कि पहले ही मालूम था , उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा 13 जनवरी 1930 को यह अपील नामंजूर कर दी गयी और सेशन अदालत के निर्णय से सहमति व्यक़्त की गयी .

He was shot in the back in the immediate vicinity of the Sessions Court by a young man who forfeited his life in return at the gallows . 3 . उन्हें सेशन कोर्ट की चार दीवारी के भीतर एक युवक ने पीठ में गोली मार दी , जिसके बदले में उसे फांसी के तख्ते पर अपनी जिंदगी से हाथ धोना पड़ा .
